Immersed in nature and vibrantly alive, the Monkey House gets its name from the troop of Howler Monkeys who live in the surrounding trees.  With Marino las Baulas National Park just a quick walk away, you can experience nature up close. Iguanas, Coatis, Parrots, and Cara Cara eagles all visit the property regularly. 

Costa Rica is known for adventure and the Monkey House puts you right in the middle of it all. Incredible year-round surfing is just 5 minutes away at Playa Grande, which dozens of local surf spots to explore up and down the coast. Hiking trails crisscross the development while ATVs, horseback riding and world class fishing can be found just out the back gate.
